About IERGInternational Executive Resources Group (IERG), founded in 1997, is a global non-profit, professional association for executives who have lived and worked outside of their home countries at senior levels for extended periods and been enriched by in-depth exposure to diverse business environments and cultures around the world. Membership is by invitation, and benefits include access to a global network of highly accomplished international business leaders, an array of excellent programs of interest to the international community, and camaraderie with like-minded professionals. IERG executives are C-level or report to C-level executives and have considerable expertise in one or more function, discipline and geographies. Members come from diverse nationalities, geographies, and industries, and represent a range of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial ventures. Know-how of global markets is the unifying force that ties members together. IERG Members unite through Chapters located in cities throughout the world, through Special Interest Groups focusing around specified industries, functions, geographies, or other interests, and through multiple website connections. Activities include in-person and virtual meetings on international topics, professional initiatives that promote international business and understanding, networking events and social events for members and the broader business community. IERG offers an Associate Membership to those who may not have met all criteria, but are moving forward in their careers and experiences, and can contribute and gain by the association with the Membership and is a Member-driven, volunteer-run 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation.
