IERG members build and enjoy productive worldwide relationships. They include CEOs, COOs, managing directors and others with “senior” leadership responsibilities. All share a quality: global experience critical to success in the globalize business of the 21st century. They can be fully employed, self-employed, consulting or in transition.

Meetings are held across the country and the world. A steady stream of web postings and a periodical newsletter maintain members updated on internal and external developments. Principal meeting sites include New York, Boston, China, Connecticut, Miami, New Jersey and Sothern California.

IERG is a 501(c) (6) non-profit corporation, founded in 1997 in New York City. It has expanded from a handful of men and women who met occasionally in Manhattan to a far-flung association of more than 500.

WHAT WE DO

IERG provides, through the initiative and support of its members, a variety of communication and relationship-building tools designed to enhance and advance the organization’s goals. Members participate in diverse functions such as:

• Regularly scheduled meetings
• Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings
• Regional meetings
• Special functions featuring speakers who are leaders in their field
• Daily notices and exchanges of e-mails
• A periodical newsletter

All activities provide ample opportunity to network and socialize. Membership in IERG also offers unfiltered access to a fully searchable database of current and past members. Also, choosing to receive timely e-mails focusing on three targeted communication tiers:

• A list of member-contributed career leads
• Information useful to the interests of global executives, and
• A request board to elicit input from the broad supply of knowledge and experience that resides in our membership.
